This is a beautiful time in a woman’s life when you may be feeling the call to pause, go inwards, and focus on taking care of your own needs.
A gentle but powerful series that will bring peace and calm to your life while also re-energize you. This is a combination of gentle yoga based in the Hatha tradition, breathing techniques and meditation to nourish body, mind and soul. Ancient wisdom of the great yogic sages is subtly woven into the series.

Instructor:
Jenn has been practicing yoga for 15 years and began teaching Sri Sri Yoga (based in Hatha yoga) in 2010, through the Art of Living Foundation. She has completed 650 hours of yoga teacher training through the Sri Sri School of Yoga in North America and India. She is also a certified Art of Living SKY Breath Meditation teacher, an Accredited Resilience@Work Practitioner and Certified Core Alignment Professional Coach (ICF accredited).
