Leadership Development/ Executive Coaching

“Our chief want in life is someone who will inspire us to be what we know we could be.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

Wild Leaders©, is an innovative framework exploring evolutionary leadership. It is designed for leaders to use as an approach to dialogue, explore themselves, their organizations and communities while impacting the world exponentially, through innovative conscious leadership.

My inspiration for this approach comes from the wisdom of the natural (wild) world, extensive research and experience facilitating the topic of conscious leadership, together with my personal journey in management consulting, executive and team coaching, mindfulness instruction and work with horses, lions and nature.

I’ve written a few reflections in the blog Wild Leaders about nature as coach, mentor and mirror.

The framework is underpinned by four key elements:

  • Inner Nature (transformation through self-awareness and self-mastery)
  • Outer Nature (environment as coach, mirror and stakeholder)
  • Ubuntu (I am because you are, community, compassion and altruism)
  • Sacred Wealth (shifting from survive to thrive in the new sharing economy)

“Jenn is breaking the current mold of leadership with her innovative “Wild Leaders” program. Her work is both practical and inspiring as she encourages leaders to find new ways of communicating, to be in full and present dialogue, to “be with” others in collaboration and co-creation. Her work is a soul deep invitation to become all you can be as a leader and a human… I hold Jenn and her work in high regard, I am happy to state she comes highly recommended!” – Jayne Warrilow, Executive Coach, Founder JWL International and The Resonance Project

After an initial discovery consultation with you, and a leadership development assessment that is suited to your leadership circumstances, I partner with you through the Core Alignment Coaching approach to guide you in creating your personal leadership blueprint and plan to create the impact that only you can create.

Other approaches, where applicable that I might use include equine, inter-species and nature-based facilitated leadership coaching.
